Standard items ship within 2–5 business days. Custom configurations may take 5–10 business days or more, depending on complexity, availability, and testing.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Europe, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
4. Do you offer setup services?
Yes — for qualifying projects, we offer setup services in Europe, the UK, and Ireland. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

6. What warranty is included?
All products are brand new and include a manufacturer-backed warranty. Coverage depends on the item category:
🇪🇺 European Union (EU):
To request a return, use the "Return / Refund" option in our contact form or email [email protected] with:
- Supermicro Servers: 1–3 years
- Synology NAS: 2–3 years
- CyberPower / Eaton UPS: 2–3 years
- VoIP Hardware (Yealink, Yeastar, Grandstream): 1–2 years
- Hardware defects
- Component failure during normal use
- Remote diagnostics and coordination with manufacturers
- Accidental or user-caused damage
- Power issues not covered by UPS
- Unauthorized firmware or hardware modifications
- Software or configuration issues not related to defective hardware
- Return shipping (unless DOA or our error)
🇪🇺 European Union (EU):
- 14-day return right (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Applies to unused items in original packaging
- Custom-configured or activated items are non-refundable
- Shipping costs are not refunded unless we’re at fault
- 14-day return under Consumer Contracts Regulations
- Refunds only for unused, unconfigured goods
- Custom builds and software-activated systems are excluded
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless faulty
- 14-day return under Angrerettloven
- Returns accepted for standard items only (unused)
- Custom configurations and software-based builds are non-refundable
- If not our fault, return shipping and product value are not refunded
- 14-day return for unused, non-custom items
- Governed by EU consumer law
- Returns not accepted for custom-built or activated products

- Your invoice number
- A brief description of the issue
- Items must pass inspection
- Up to 15% restocking fee may apply
- Refunds issued within 10 business days
7. Are digital/web services refundable?
Due to the custom nature of our digital services, refunds are not available once work begins. You may cancel within 48 hours if no development has started.
8. How can I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused products. Custom-configured systems are non-refundable. Use the “Return / Refund” option in our contact form or email [email protected] with your order and invoice number.
